{"id":14922,"date":"2023-01-13T11:18:48","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T10:18:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/terratuscia.com\/shop\/uncategorized\/il-cerqueto-polenta-with-porcini-mushrooms\/"},"modified":"2023-03-25T21:52:42","modified_gmt":"2023-03-25T20:52:42","slug":"il-cerqueto-polenta-with-porcini-mushrooms","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/terratuscia.com\/en\/shop\/legumes-and-cereales\/il-cerqueto-polenta-with-porcini-mushrooms\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Cerqueto Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"nicole-rezepte\">\n<h4>Recipe:<span style=\"color: #ffcc00\">Fried polenta with mushrooms<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>For the polenta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup of polenta<\/li>\n<li>4 cups of water<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons of butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of shredded parmesan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the mushroom ragout:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g mixed mushrooms (eg, champignons, chantarelles and shiitake) sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 onion cut very fine<\/li>\n<li>2 pieces of garlic, cut very fine<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of cream<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon of parsley<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recipe:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil water, add salt. Pour polenta in slowly while stirring continuously. Cook slow at medium temperature for about 20 minutes, until polenta is thick and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add butter and parmesan, stir and pour the polenta onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Smooth evenly and let it cool.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the cool polenta in slices and bake them golden brown in a bit of oil .<\/li>\n<li>Four the mushroom ragout, fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms and fry until they are soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add vegetable broth and cream and let it cook. Let it cook slowly for about 5 minutes, until the cream becomes slightly thick.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt and pepper as well as parsley.<\/li>\n<li>Put polenta sheets on the plate, add the mushroom ragout.
