Rezept:Curry with red lentils and spinach<\/span><\/h4>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 1 cup of red lentils<\/li>\n
  • 3 cups of water<\/li>\n
  • 1 onion hacked<\/li>\n
  • 2 pieces of garlic, hacked<\/li>\n
  • 2 spoons of olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon of kumin<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon curcuma<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon grinded coriander<\/li>\n
  • 1 tin of tomates<\/li>\n
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach, hacked in larger pieces<\/li>\n
  • Juice of one lemon<\/li>\n
  • Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Recipe:<\/p>\n

    1. Wash lentils in a sieve.<\/li>\n
    2. Heat olive oil in a pot, fry onions and garlic until they are soft.<\/li>\n
    3. Add the spices and fry for another 2 minutes to develop full flavour.<\/li>\n
    4. Add lentils into the pot, stir and cover them with the onion mix.<\/li>\n
    5. Add the hacked tomatoes and the water, cook gently at medium temperature, until the lentils are soft and have soaked up all water (about 20-25 minutes).<\/li>\n
    6. As soon as the lentis are soft, add the spinach and let it collaps.<\/li>\n
    7. Add lemon, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
