Festive shortbread gluten-free
\n150g soft butter. 120g powdered sugar. 2TL vaniglia sugar. 1 egg. 70g grinded almonds. 250g flour (buckwheat and chickpea mixed)
\nCool dough for an hour. Form little biscuits. Bake at 180 for 8 min.<\/p>\n

Safran cookies glutenfree
\n125g soft butter, 200g cane sugar, 1 egg, pinch of salt, 0.3-0.5g saffron (very intense), 1 teaspoon baking powder, 250g chickpeas and buckwheat flour mixed (or rice\/corn flour).
\nCool dough. Form little balls. Bake at 200 for 7-10 min.<\/p>\n
