Five friends – a dream. For years, Luisa, Antonella, Rita, Elda and Laura have been sharing their passion for hospitality and are managing their restaurant and hotel at Acquapendente, with love, joy and attention.
In the kitchen they exclusively use products from local farmers and producers, a true “km0” approach. Meat, beans, chickpeas, salad, cheese or other – Rita buys from the lady arround the corner with the small vegetables shop, from her friends that cultivate grain in the next village and from the neighbour with the chicken.
Excellent ingredients, traditional recipies, creativity and love are the secret of creating this pure incomparable taste of the local cuisine.
