The prices shown on the product pages include the legal value added tax and other price components. VAT is calculated on a country-by-country basis. The additional shipping costs are shown at the checkout once you entered an address. Business customers from within the EU, outside Italy, can make their purchase at the Checkout excluding value added tax, if the goods are shipped to an adress within the EU and when stating their VATIN (EU VAT identification number). In that case also the shipping costs are excluding VAT.
Shipment in general
We are shipping with DPD/BRT. Once your payment is received, you will be notified by email with confirmation of arrival. We will inform you as soon as the shipment has been dispatched and you will get a tracking number, to know the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery times
Delivery times within the EU are between 1 and 2 weeks. In order to limit the CO2 footprint, we are not shipping every package immediate after the order. Packages are being picked up and shipped twice a week.
