Il Sambuco begann 1984 anf\u00e4nglich als Gem\u00fcseproduzent in Viterbo, bis Paolo 1991 die Stadt verliess und aufs Land zog, wo er heute noch lebt und arbeitet: In den H\u00fcgeln von Tuscia, im pittoresken Celleno.\r\n1997 begann Paolo mit dem Bau eines Holzofens und eines Labors, in dem Getreide und Backwaren mit der geringstm\u00f6glichen Umweltbelastung verarbeitet werden konnten.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
